TEAM Executive gathers pace

I attended the TEAM Executive quarterly meeting yesterday at Saffery Champness in Holborn chaired expertly as usual by Keith Hanson of Personnel Placements. Despite the weather the networking was clear to see and some interesting topics were discussed.

TEAM Executive is a sub group of TEAM members and set up to network, share ideas and best practice at the Executive end of the recruitment market. The group boasts some real experts in the fields of FMCG and Supply Chain, Bank and Back Office functions, Finance and Accounting, Retained Selection, Law and PR and Marketing. The members are working on many major assignments up to roles with salaries in excess of £250,000. As a group and with the help of a new website TEAM is getting better at marketing what it is really good at.....Helping clients RECRUIT great people.

A number of the group bring to table a considerable amount of recruiting experience and it was good to hear how despite the tough economic climate that the Execuitve recruiters are doing well.

TEAM Executive has a LinkedIN group for members to share and network. Liz Longman the MD of TEAM had some great news about the new TEAM website coming next month. Looking forward to seeing that.
